Coalition members have visited the Capitol numerous times during this session and have met with all the bill sponsors. Members have also met with leadership, Speaker Dean Plocher and incoming Speaker Jon Patterson.
Other legislators the coalition members have met with include former law enforcement Representative Justin Sparks and Representative Jeff Myers. Senators that have met with the coalition include Justin Brown, Tracy McCreery, Brian Williams, Holly Rehder and Travis Fitzwater. Members also had an opportunity with Lt Governor Mike Kehoe.

Missouri Gaming (SB 192)
MISSOURI VIDEO LOTTERY CONTROL ACT
Introduced in the Senate on 12/1/23* (Sen. Bill 192).
The Control Act would legalize Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs)
in the following Establishments:

1. Truck Stops 10K diesel per month, 2 acres
2. Establishments with “On-Premise” Liquor License or package liquor with lottery license
3. Fraternal and Veterans Organizations

2024 - Missouri Video Lottery Control Act
Purpose
Establish a 36% Tax on the Revenue Share to help fund much needed State Construction programs for:

Public and Secondary Education Schools
-
Workplace Development Programs
(4% of this Tax goes to the municipality in which the games reside).
